Custom Photo Magnets:

Due to the personalized nature of custom photo magnets, refunds are generally not offered. However, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at contact@theraremagnets.com so we can discuss potential solutions. We will strive to address your concerns and find a resolution that meets your needs.

Magnet Machine Kits:

All sales of magnet machine kits are final. Returns are not accepted for these items. However, a 60-day warranty covers defects in the equipment.

Warranty Claims for Magnet Machine Kits:

To initiate a warranty claim for a defective magnet machine kits, please email us at contact@theraremagnets.com within 2 weeks of receiving your kit. Include a detailed description of the defect and any supporting documentation, such as photos or videos. Upon approval of your claim, we will provide replacement parts. Returns sent without prior warranty claim approval will not be processed.

Shipping Policy:

Custom Magnet Order Processing:

Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. You will receive email updates regarding your order status. Multiple items or sets may ship in separate packages.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@theraremagnets.com We can update the information as long as your order has not yet been packed for shipment.

Magnet Machine Kit Pre-Order Processing:

Please be aware that standard shipping for pre-order items will take a minimum of 30-60 days, and potentially longer. Delivery times are subject to customs declarations, which are unfortunately outside of our control.

US Shipping:

Most orders ship via USPS. Shipping to the continental US typically takes approximately 3-4 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 5 business days.

Please note that any photographs or visual content you provide to Rare Magnets for the purpose of creating custom photo magnets may be used by us to generate content showcasing our services and products. This includes, but is not limited to, demonstrating the process of creating custom photo magnets and displaying the final magnet product. We reserve the right to share such content, which may include your submitted photographs, across our various social media channels and marketing materials. By submitting your photos, you grant Rare Magnets a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display this content for promotional purposes related to Rare Magnets.
